Prof. Martin M. Mwanje -

I am an accomplished Author, Management Consultant, and Associate Professor of Business Management with extensive experience in leadership and academia. I have served as the Director General of the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI), a regional institution owned by 10 African member states. Additionally, I have held key academic leadership roles, including Dean of the Uganda Christian University Business School, Head of the Management Department at Uganda Management Institute, and Lecturer at Makerere University.

I am a co-founder of one of Uganda’s first private radio FM station and several enterprises. I devote my time to teaching business students across universities in Africa, Europe, North America and Asia. I have written over a dozen books that include Everyone can Become an Effective Manager, Entrepreneurship through Generations, and Who is My Friend!
